A dojo is a traditional Japanese term used to describe a training hall or place where martial arts are practiced. Typically, a dojo is a simple yet focused space designed to facilitate disciplined training and personal growth in martial arts.

The training space is open, and a variety of training tools are available.

The meditation and prayer hall of Buddhist acolytes was also referred to as a dojo.

A traditional dojo is also characterized by the following:

1. Respectful Atmosphere: A dojo is characterized by an atmosphere of respect, discipline, and humility. 
2. Sense of Community: Dojos often foster a strong sense of community among practitioners, with instructors and senior students guiding and supporting newer members.
3. Focused Training: During training sessions, the atmosphere is focused and intense, with students dedicating themselves to perfecting their techniques and honing their skills.
4. Ceremonial Practices: Some dojos incorporate ceremonial practices such as bowing rituals, meditation, or reciting of creeds or principles at the beginning or end of training sessions.

These principles were the guiding force behind the creation of the AUTO DOJO™. 

Through a variety of training and activities on process, communication, mindset and focus, students of the AUTO DOJO™ will not only be exposed to the tools needed to create success in their role within the industry, but will also be connected to a community of like-minded students, mentors and leaders within the private AUTO DOJO™ Facebook Group. This is a Facebook Community that will challenge them to level-up their skills and provide support throughout their AUTO DOJO™ journey. Students will also be challenged to further their own personal growth through additional resources that will be recommended and/or provided within the course.

Students will have live check-ins each week with their Sensei who will answer questions, re-energize them and help keep them on task for that week's assignments. 

Every student participating in any of the AUTO DOJO™ Courses will progress upward through a Belt Progression when certain thresholds of achievements and KPI's are reached, ultimately leading to the most-coveted level of Black Belt. Students will send in a record of their previous month's Sales and CSI by the 5th of each month to chart their progress.

After the close of each calendar year, all students achieving Black Belt are invited to participate in an in-person Belt Ceremony not only presenting them with their Black Belt, but the one-day event will also feature special speakers, activities and opportunities to continue their progress through both their personal and professional growth.
